Freshly French Salad Dressing

This is just so good on just about every kind of lettuce and salad vegetables. Both a bit sweet and tangy. It pairs well served with a roast chicken or pot roast or even a nice Sunday pork roast. Whip it up in your blender and you're good to go!

Servings: 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 1 small onion peeled and quartered
  • 1/2 Cup sugar
  • 1/2 Cup cider vinegar
  • 1 Tsp table salt
  • 1 Tsp Celery Salt
  • 1 Tsp Dry Mustard
  • 11/2 Tsp Paprika Sweet, not hot
  • 1 Cup Salad Oil Sunflower or Canola work well

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the first 7 ingredients and blend until smooth. With blender running, gradually add salad oil until thoroughly combined. Pour into a bottle, cap it, and refrigerate.
