Caribbean Mango Smoothie
Sweet, creamy perfection! The combination of Mango, Pineapple Yogurt, Vanilla Soy Milk and Honey whirled up in a blender with some ice cubes makes for a taste bud sensation. They take only minutes to prepare but they are filling, nutritious as well as knock your socks off delicious!

Servings: 2 people
- 1 Ripe Mango Riper the better!
- 1 Cup Yogurt with Pineapple bits
- 1 Cup Vanilla Soy Milk regular Milk with 1/2 Tsp Vanilla may be used instead.
- 3 TBSP Honey
- 5 Cubes Ice
Peel, pit and then dice up the Mango.
Place diced Mango in a Blender and pour in the Vanilla Soy Milk.

Spoon in the cup of Pineapple Yogurt. Pineapple in German is "Anannas."
Add the Honey
Add the ice cubes to the Blender.
Put the lid on the Blender and let 'er rip! Blend until the ice cubes have disintegrated and you have a thick foamy Blender full of goodness!
