Basil and Oregano Cream Dressing

I think basil and oregano go together like salt and pepper. Usually if I use one, I also use the other. This is a nice, little bit lighter salad dressing that goes well with Romaine lettuce. It benefits from sitting overnight in the refrigerator to blend the flavors. Homemade is just so much tastier than store bought and you can always vary the seasoning to suit your taste.

Basil and Oregano Cream Dressing

Pairs well with crisp Romaine or another heartier lettuce.
